The UK government’s “UK Infrastructure: A 10 Year Strategy” sets out a long‑term, cross‑sector plan to drive economic growth, deliver net zero, and improve public services. With a £725 billion commitment, the strategy prioritises stability, private investment, and robust delivery across transport, energy, digital, water, housing, and social infrastructure. Sustainable infrastructure will play a critical role in delivering this strategy. We are looking to grow our overall presence across the infrastructure sector and be involved in the design, development and delivery of significant programmes under the recently published UK Infrastructure 10 Year Strategy.

We are seeking Manager level consultants with experience in leading business change and organisational design in Infrastructure. As a Manager, you will be a leader in a client facing team, working with leading organisations on the most complex transformation programmes to deliver better business, environmental and people outcomes for long‑lasting results. Now more than ever, clients want to understand how change affects their people.

As part of the team, you will be skilled at helping clients take a ‘human centred’ approach to achieve successful transformation. Using the latest innovations, you will partner with clients on their biggest challenges to find people‑centric solutions that work for their organisation – from implementing culture, technology and people change to communication strategies and leadership development.
