About the role

Location:

Edinburgh or Glasgow

Through a 2-year scheme,you’llwork collaboratively with multiple teams across Technology and the wider business.

You’llsupport the delivery of change frominitialidea through to implementation, ensuring projects meet strategic goals, managing plans and risks, and monitoring progress —all while getting support and training from expert colleagues.

You’lldevelop an understanding of a range of project delivery methods, alongside gaining hands-on experience of Agile ways of working. This includes learning how teams plan, prioritise, and deliver value iteratively in a fast-paced environment.

You’llalso gain experience working across our wider technology teams, giving you a clear understanding of how everything fits together.

To help you get off to the best start,you’llspend time supporting our customers directly as part of our Customer Service team.

Salary:£34,000

Programme start date:6 September 2027

Office Attendance - Our roles are hybrid; however, you should be able to travel to ouroffice,2 days per week for this position.
