Graduate Management Consultant

Our two-year Graduate GROW Programme supports your transition from student to professional, sitting along client work and real projects from day one. Each graduate’s journey is unique, shaped by their chosen specialism and the variety of projects they contribute to. You will build your technical expertise by contributing to meaningful client engagements and project work, whilst business acumen and professional skills will be developed through centrally delivered graduate cohort training.

Although there are no formal rotations, graduates are encouraged and supported by their managers to proactively seek opportunities, to broaden their experience and support their development.

As a consultant joining GROW, you’ll be working within a diverse team of consultants, cultivating a deep understanding of our sectors, building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues, and finding ways to improve ways in which we work. You’ll be responsible for your own deliverables, liaising with clients and given every opportunity to build your skillsets.

As a Management Consultant in our Business Advisory team, you will help clients solve complex challenges through innovative, digitally enabled solutions that create positive outcomes for people, the planet and profit. You’ll help steer insights and develop solutions across our core capabilities, including Sustainability, Investment Advisory, Capital Programs, Asset Strategy and Transformation, Supply Chain and Procurement, Digital & AI, and Strategy Transformation.

No two projects are the same, giving you the opportunity to build consulting skills while supporting clients across infrastructure, utilities, public sector and built environment sectors.

Your responsibilities could include supporting business transformation and change initiatives, gathering and interpreting data, preparing client presentations, reports and recommendations, supporting workshops and stakeholder engagement, contributing to project planning and reporting, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful client outcomes.

We are accepting applications from those with the following degree backgrounds:

• Business Management (including Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Project Management and Programme Management)
• Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science and Data Science)
• Psychology, including Occupational Psychology and Organisational Psychology
• Economics, Politics

• You will be graduating in 2027 or have recently graduated in 2025 or 2026, with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree
• You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player
• You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
• Willing to travel and stay away from home when required (where possible we embrace virtual working)
