The Change Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing organizational change management activities to support successful delivery of strategic initiatives. The role ensures that impacted stakeholders are engaged, prepared, and supported throughout the transformation lifecycle. Working closely with the Corporate PMO, business sponsors, HR, Communications, and project teams, the Change Manager develops change strategies, communication plans, and training approaches that help embed new ways of working across the company.

The Change Manager ensures that transformation initiatives are adopted effectively and that business impacts are minimized during delivery. This position operates under the direction of the Head of Corporate PMO and contributes to the company’s overall strategic execution capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops change management strategies and plans for initiatives led or supported by the PMO.
  • Identifies impacted stakeholders, target audiences, change readiness, and adoption risks.
  • Defines change scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with sponsors and PMO standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
  • Prepares stakeholder engagement plans and ensures transparent communication across the organization.
  • Coordinates with HR and Communications to deliver messages, updates, and awareness campaigns.
  • Facilitates workshops, briefings, and sessions to drive understanding and alignment.

Training & Capability Support

  • Identifies training needs and develops training content in collaboration with business owners.
  • Supports execution of training plans, materials, and enablement activities.
  • Ensures end users have the knowledge and tools required to adopt new processes or systems.
  • Change Impact & Readiness Assessment
  • Conducts readiness assessments, impact analyses, and risk evaluations.
  • Helps project teams understand business impacts and necessary mitigations.
  • Tracks change readiness throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Adoption & Benefits Enablement
  • Monitors adoption metrics, end-user feedback, and change effectiveness.
  • Identifies areas requiring additional reinforcement or communication.
  • Supports activities that contribute to achieving intended benefits and sustainable adoption.

Governance & PMO Collaboration

  • Ensures all change management activities follow PMO methodologies and templates.
  • Provides change progress reporting as part of project governance cycles.
  • Contributes to lessons learned and continuous improvement of management practices.
Qualifications

Skills Required

Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in organizational change management or transformation roles.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence without authority.

Experience conducting impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and adoption tracking.

Ability to design and deliver communication and training plans.

High level of organization and ability to work effectively across business units.
