Policy Manager

The energy regulator for Great Britain,

We’re looking for people with policy and regulation skills who can identify and analyse complex problems and work with analytical, technical and legal professionals to develop effective solutions. You’ll be able to think strategically, work confidently with quantitative and qualitative evidence and communicate complex issues clearly to non-expert audiences. Experience delivering work against challenging deadlines with minimal supervision will also be essential.

In return, you’ll have the chance to develop your policy career through work that brings together some of the biggest questions around affordability, fairness and the transition to cleaner energy. You’ll be part of an environment that focuses on inclusion and provides all the support and flexibility you need to enable you to thrive with us.

We have a critical purpose to protect energy consumers as Great Britain’s energy system changes. Join us and help shape an approach to energy system costs that works fairly and effectively for the people who ultimately pay them.
