What we do at Weir We are a global leader in mining technology for a sustainable future. We help our customers extract the resources the world needs more efficiently and more sustainably. Our planet’s future depends on the transition to renewable energy, and that transition can only happen with the metals and minerals our customers deliver. Remove or escalate impediments affecting multiple teams. Identify, manage, and communicate cross-team and external dependencies. Maintain visibility of risks and implement practical mitigation strategies.
· Coaching & Continuous Improvement:
Coach leaders, teams, Scrum Masters, and Agile practitioners in SAFe, Agile, and Lean ways of working. Promote Dev Ops practices and continuous improvement across the ART using feedback loops and retrospectives.
· Alignment & Stakeholder Management:
Align with Product Management and key stakeholders on product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and PI objectives. Collaborate with System Architects and Engineering to align technical decisions with ART goals. Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to Business Owners, executives, and delivery stakeholders.
