Your Role We help leading Life Sciences (Pharma, Biologics and Medical Devices), Consumer Health and Consumer Products manufacturers transform how they develop, manufacture and deliver products in increasingly complex, regulated and competitive markets. As a Process sSmart Manufacturing Consultant / Senior Consultant – Life Sciences & Consumer Products in our Intelligent Industry practice you will:

Help global Life Sciences, Consumer Health and Consumer Products manufacturers address manufacturing performance, quality excellence, operational resilience, regulatory compliance and supply chain agility challenges.

Assess manufacturing value streams and identifying opportunities to improve production flow, capacity utilisation and overall equipment effectiveness.

Develop Smart Factory, Digital Manufacturing and Manufacturing Excellence transformation initiatives from strategy through to implementation.

Develop business cases, maturity assessments and transformation roadmaps aligned to client operational objectives.

Work with leaders in Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Validation, Supply Chain and Digital functions to define requirements and future operating models.

Support the deployment of Industry 4.0 technologies, including MES, Batch Records (E ), advanced analytics, AI and GenAI, Digital Quality, Industrial IoT, and Connected Worker solutions.

Deliver high-impact transformation programmes that improve productivity, quality, compliance, manufacturing agility and speed-to-market across Life Sciences and Consumer Products operations.

Collaborate closely with site teams, operators and business stakeholders to drive adoption and ensure sustainable business outcomes.

Contribute to the design and implementation of AI-enabled and digital solutions within regulated manufacturing environments, ensuring compliance with industry quality and regulatory requirements.

Contribute to the development of Capgemini’s offerings for Physical and Agentic AI at our manufacturing clients
