Remuneration: £40,000 - £50,000 + bonus based on company profit

The role of the Project Manager – Doors, Doorsets and Hardware will involve:

• Project Manager position dealing with a manufactured range of high quality doorsets & architectural hardware
• Taking projects from the sales team through to delivery
• Ensuring projects are delivered on an appreciate timescale in line with customer expectations
• Delivering projects on budget, ensuring costs are controlled across the process
• Building and developing relationships with architects and tier 1 contractors
• Dealing with any other general admin and technical enquiries
• Managing project sizes values up to circa £1m

The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager – Doors, Doorsets and Hardware with:

• Project Manager, Contracts Manager or related experience within the construction industry
• Experience working with doors, doorsets, hardware & ironmongery
• Will consider a more junior or assistant project/contract manager looking to step up
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• High levels of attention to detail and organisation
• Full UK driving license
• Hungry, intelligent and humble
• Team player yet able to work autonomously
• Customer service orientated, technical, sociable personality
