Ongoing / Framework Project Were working with a brilliant, well-established contractor delivering works on a long-term framework in Sheffield, and theyre looking to appoint an experienced Social Housing Manager to support delivery of an SHF energy-efficiency upgrade programme across local housing stock. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who is comfortable managing and reporting on multiple small works packages while maintaining strong relationships with clients, residents, and site teams.

The Role Oversee delivery of SHF-funded energy efficiency works across occupied social housing Manage and coordinate multiple small works projects simultaneously Track progress, programmes, and KPIs across the framework Produce clear and accurate reports for internal teams and client stakeholders Ensure works are delivered safely, compliantly, and to programme Act as a key point of contact between site teams, subcontractors, and the client About You Proven experience as a Social Housing Manager (or similar) Direct experience working on SHF projects is essential Strong background in energy-efficiency upgrades (retrofit, insulation, heating, etc.)
