You will be involved in a wide range of projects across Education, Commercial, Health, and Emergency Services sectors. From energy efficiency initiatives and refurbishment schemes to new builds, your work will contribute directly to delivering high-quality outcomes. You'll collaborate closely with senior surveyors and multidisciplinary teams, gaining valuable hands‑on experience and exposure to complex projects.

• 1-2 years' post‑graduate experience in building surveying or a related discipline
• Commitment to professional development, ideally working towards APC

• Strong interest in sustainable and energy‑efficient design solutions
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to take ownership of tasks

• £34,000 - £42,000
