Location: Glasgow City Centre

Project Duration: 18 Months

Project Type: CAT A Office Fit‑Out

Rate: £300 per day

We are seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to oversee an 18‑month CAT A office fit‑out project in Glasgow city centre. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional to lead site operations on a high‑profile commercial scheme. As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of site activities, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest standards of quality.

• Manage daily site operations on a CAT A office fit‑out project
• Oversee subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation and company policies
• Work closely with the Project Manager to maintain programme and coordinate sequencing
• Deliver regular toolbox talks and site inductions
• Monitor quality control and ensure works meet design specifications
• Maintain site documentation, RAMS, and progress reports
• Coordinate deliveries, logistics, and site set‑up within a city centre environment
• Identify and resolve on‑site issues to avoid programme delays

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on CAT A commercial fit‑out projects
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and programme management
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid qualified
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing projects in busy city centre locations
