Competitive salary (DOE) PMA Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a well-established and growing joinery and interior fit-out contractor based in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and reputable company delivering high-quality commercial, retail, and refurbishment projects across Scotland.

The Role:

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of multiple joinery and fit-out projects from pre-construction through to final account. Key duties include:
Preparing cost plans, budgets, and tender reviews Managing subcontractor procurement and accounts Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts Monitoring project costs and ensuring profitability Supporting project managers with commercial decision-making Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Requirements:
Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within joinery, fit-out, or interiors Strong commercial and financial management skills Experience managing subcontractors and variations Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Excellent communication and negotiation skills Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or equivalent (preferred) Whats on
