Remuneration: £45,000 + bonus circa £10,000 - £20,000

• Area Sales Manager position selling a high quality manufactured range of access controls and site security
• All of your time will be spent selling to FM companies, main contractors, sub‑contractors and end users
• Project sizes will vary depending on what project for example could be anywhere between £5k - £500k
• Good blend of account management and new business
• Will inherit a well-established area currently turning over circa £2‑3m

• Must have construction field sales experience selling direct to site via FM companies, main contractors, sub‑contractors and end users
• Must be able to digest technical information
• Must be commercially astute
• Hunter, driven and a team player
