Contracts Manager (Construction) Milton Keynes £55,000 - £65,000  Progression  Training  Car Allowance  Local Patch  Fuel Card  Site Visits Are you a Project Manager/Contracts Manager from a construction background looking to join a nationwide chartered surveying practice offering a local midlands patch, opportunities to work on a variety of commercial projects and car allowance  fuel card to increase your income? This established and growing building surveying and construction company with expertise in building consultancy and fire risk management supplying to a vast range of Commercial clients.

No two days will be the same and they are looking for a Contract Manager to join their team alongside 3 other Contract Managers. This is a client-facing role involving regular site visits and meetings. You will manage a team of around 10 Engineers on a project, being the point of contact for the client and teams involved in project delivery.

Your responsibilities will be managing budgets, preparing and reviewing contracts based on client and project needs while ensuring compliance with all T&C's while reporting straight to Directors through all stages of the project. This role would suit a Project Manager or Contract Manager from a construction background looking to join a building surveying specialist who are open to funding any necessary courses to help you develop and progress

The Role:

Managing a team of Surveyors and Engineers Preparing and reviewing contracts with clients and subcontractors Making sure projects comply with the law and standard regulations Monitor budgets and consult with every team involved through the project lifecycle Site visits in the Midlands Mon-Fri (8:30-4:30)
