Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Preparation of outline budget costs
• Preparation of tender documents including Bills of Quantities and Employer’s Requirements
• Cost monitoring and reporting from inception to completion of construction projects ranging from £50 000 to £5 million
• Managing projects and/or multidisciplinary teams
• Preparation of Insurance Reinstatement Valuations

• Qualified to MRICS level
• At least 2 years postgraduate experience with a proven and successful track record in private practice
• Knowledge and use of CATO QS Software
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Significant exposure to, and good working relations with private, public and commercial sector clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
