Key Account Manager – Construction ServicesThe Key Account Manager – Construction services will be responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with our top 5–10 key accounts in the Construction services sector, focusing on Materials Testing services, and driving revenue growth through effective account management and business development initiatives.
Responsibilities- Manage and develop strategic relationships with key accounts (top 5–10).
- Focus on Materials Testing services within the Construction sector.
- Drive revenue growth through account management and business development.
- Identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
- Lead successful bid and tender processes for major contracts.
- Proven track record (minimum 5‑7 years) in strategic account management, preferably in the Construction / Infrastructure sector.
- Experience managing complex client relationships and driving significant revenue growth.
- Experience leading successful bid and tender processes for major contracts.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Excellent leadership and influence across all levels.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry.
- Experience in Materials / Construction / Infrastructure sector.
- Understanding of risk management and compliance frameworks.
- Project management qualifications or experience.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
