Construction Site Supervisor

Our client, a leader in sustainable energy, is looking for a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join their team for an onshore wind farm project in Aberarder, United Kingdom.

Your Role

As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will be an essential member of our client's Construction Team, reporting to a Construction Package Project Manager. Your responsibilities include:

Providing multidisciplinary site supervision for construction activities.
Acting as a pivotal team member responsible for the successful delivery of assigned work packages.
Occasionally deputising for Construction Package Project Managers or other supervisors as needed.
Contributing expertise to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards within timelines.
Collaborating on pre-construction and active construction phases, ensuring seamless transition to Asset Management teams.

Key Skills

Onshore Wind Expertise: strong understanding of onshore wind farm construction processes and challenges.
Construction Management: ability to oversee and guide multidisciplinary teams on-site effectively.
English Proficiency: fluent English communication skills to ensure clarity and consistency across stakeholders.
