Construction Site Supervisor
Our client, a leader in sustainable energy, is looking for a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join their team for an onshore wind farm project in Aberarder, United Kingdom.
Your RoleAs a Construction Site Supervisor, you will be an essential member of our client's Construction Team, reporting to a Construction Package Project Manager. Your responsibilities include:
- Providing multidisciplinary site supervision for construction activities.
- Acting as a pivotal team member responsible for the successful delivery of assigned work packages.
- Occasionally deputising for Construction Package Project Managers or other supervisors as needed.
- Contributing expertise to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards within timelines.
- Collaborating on pre-construction and active construction phases, ensuring seamless transition to Asset Management teams.
- Onshore Wind Expertise: strong understanding of onshore wind farm construction processes and challenges.
- Construction Management: ability to oversee and guide multidisciplinary teams on-site effectively.
- English Proficiency: fluent English communication skills to ensure clarity and consistency across stakeholders.
