Freelance Quantity Surveyor – Glasgow (Site-Based)
We are currently recruiting for a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to support a major fit‑out project in Glasgow.
This is a site‑based role working under an NEC contract, with responsibility for commercial management, change control, subcontractor management, valuations, and cost reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Requirements- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on fit‑out and/or refurbishment projects
- Strong knowledge of NEC contracts
- Ability to work independently and liaise effectively with project teams on site
- Available to work a minimum of 3 days per week on site in Glasgow
- Freelance contract
- Immediate start available
- Competitive day rate
- Minimum 3 days per week on site
