Clarkson Owens Recruitment is looking for a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join a major fit-out project in Glasgow. This site-based role involves commercial management, change control, subcontractor management, valuations, and cost reporting throughout the project's lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on fit-out projects, strong knowledge of NEC contracts, and the ability to work independently.
An immediate start is available, with a competitive day rate for a minimum commitment of 3 days per week on-site.
