Salary: GBP 40,000 - 55,000 per annum (up to £55,000 DOE)

• Manage project costs from contract award through final account
• Prepare and submit interim valuations and final accounts
• Assist estimating department during tender stages
• Review contracts and prepare associated documentation
• Administer and manage subcontract packages and orders
• Monitor project financial performance and provide accurate reporting
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities throughout project life cycles
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and internal departments to ensure commercial objectives are achieved
• Support project delivery teams with contractual and commercial advice
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed budgets and contractual requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project)
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills
• Commercially aware with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
