Site Manager - Water & Wastewater Infrastructure
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects across a major capital investment programme.
This role involves leading site teams to deliver civil engineering and utility projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Youll work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining a strong focus on health, safety, environmental compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
- Lead site teams and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with programme requirements.
- Promote a strong health, safety, environmental, and quality (SHEQ) culture through effective supervision, audits, and team engagement.
- Plan and coordinate labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors to maximise productivity.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures to minimise delays.
- Manage commercial aspects on site, including cost awareness, Early Warning notifications, and efficient resource utilisation.
- Coordinate access requirements, highway permits, and stakeholder engagement to minimise disruption to local communities.
