Operating within sectors including power, utilities, data centres, and other mission-critical environments, our client has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality engineering solutions on major projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing commercial team supporting the delivery of high-voltage infrastructure projects, including substations, switch gear installations, and cable systems.

The Role

Reporting into the commercial leadership team, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of projects from delivery through to final account, ensuring strong financial performance while maintaining contractual compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, profit plans, and Bills of Quantities (BoQs).
• Prepare and submit valuations, payment applications, variations, and final accounts.
• Administer NEC contracts and ensure contractual obligations are met.
