We're looking for commercially driven Quantity Surveyors to join a growing major projects team delivering nationally significant infrastructure programmes across Scotland. This isn't a role where you'll be lost in a commercial department of 100 people. You'll be trusted to make decisions, influence project outcomes and play a key role in delivering complex civil engineering and infrastructure projects from procurement through to final account.

• Managing the commercial delivery of major infrastructure projects
• Procuring and managing subcontract packages
• Preparing valuations, CVRs and cost forecasts
• Administering NEC contracts and managing change
• Building strong relationships with operational teams, clients and supply chain partners
• Identifying commercial opportunities whilst protecting project profitability

• Quantity Surveying within infrastructure or civil engineering
• NEC contracts
• Procurement and subcontract management
• Cost reporting, valuations and final accounts
• Working alongside project delivery teams
• Building long-term client relationships
