Housing Association is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a diverse portfolio of major works and building maintenance across the UK. You’ll lead defect-led and reactive projects, oversee safety programmes and work with senior stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant delivery.
From initial surveys to completion, you’ll coordinate surveys, manage contractors, monitor budgets and programme performance while maintaining resident engagement and accurate project records.
