Core Group in Glasgow is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor (Pre-Contract) to lead commercial activities across the pre-contract lifecycle for major infrastructure projects. You will work with engineering, estimating, planning and procurement to deliver robust tender submissions.
The role requires strong NEC3/NEC4 knowledge, proactive procurement strategies, and the ability to produce detailed cost plans and commercial reports.
