CCG (Scotland) Ltd is seeking a Pre-Construction Quantity Surveyor to join our Pre-Construction Dept. at CCG HQ in Cambuslang. The role focuses on cost planning, measurement, and managing pre-construction costs to deliver best value.
You will work with internal departments and external consultants to develop accurate cost plans, obtain budget data, and contribute to value engineering and buildability reviews, ensuring robust cost control throughout early projects.
