new roleAs a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering a broad range of professional and project-led services. You will be involved in a diverse mix of projects including:

• Refurbishment and redevelopment of commercial offices, retail units, and mixed-use schemes
• Condition surveys and lifecycle assessments across varied property portfolios
• Dilapidations (acting for both landlord and tenant) on high-value commercial assets
