Responsibilities and duties of the Site Manager role Reporting to the operations manager you will:
Manage the sites on a day-to-day basis Working closely with technically skilled teams and providing practical oversight. Reviewing RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements). Conducting and reviewing toolbox talks. Supporting site compliance, safety and quality requirements. Ensuring works are progressing correctly and to the required standards. Being a visible, hands-on presence on site Professional qualifications Previous experience as an approved electrician SMSTS qualified Personal skills The Site Manager role would suit someone who has:
