Our client is a well-established Building Consultancy with a strong reputation across the UK, providing Building Surveying and Project Management services to a diverse range of clients. As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will work alongside experienced surveyors, gaining hands-on experience across a varied range of Building Surveying projects while developing the technical and professional competencies required for your APC.

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting with building surveys and inspections Supporting defect diagnosis and remedial advice Preparing technical reports and documentation Assisting with technical due diligence and planned maintenance work Attending site inspections and surveys Supporting senior surveyors across a variety of projects Liaising with clients, contractors and other professionals Developing your technical knowledge and consultancy skills Working towards the competencies required for MRICS Graduate Building Surveyor

Job Requirements:
