LABC is seeking a Senior Building Control Surveyor to join our Building Control team in Rochford/Launchpad. You will manage diverse building control projects to ensure compliance and safety for residents and developers.
The role requires a Building Surveying degree, MRICS/MCABE/MCIOB membership, and registration with the Building Safety Regulator. Strong verbal and written communication is essential, with flexibility for hybrid working and travel as needed.
