This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team working on some of Scotland's most exciting property projects.
Your New Role As an Associate Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in leading project delivery, managing client relationships and supporting the development of junior team members. You will work across a broad range of professional and project surveying instructions, including contract administration, technical due diligence, condition surveys, refurbishment projects and building pathology. You will also contribute to business development activities and help drive the continued growth of the Glasgow office.
What You'll Need to Succeed Degree qualified in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
MRICS qualified with significant post-qualification experience.
Strong technical knowledge of both professional and project-based building surveying services.
Proven experience managing client relationships and leading projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to mentor and develop junior surveyors.
Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to winning and delivering work.
