CDM (Construction Design and Management) Coordinator

We're looking for a Project Cost Controller & Commercial Coordinator to join our growing consultancy team.

This is a varied role combining commercial administration, cost control, procurement and project support, working closely with Project Managers and Directors across a range of projects.

• Maintaining project cost trackers
• Supporting monthly cost reporting
• Obtaining and comparing subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
• Tracking variations and client instructions
• Maintaining accurate commercial records

• Supporting Project Managers with procurement
• Chasing quotations and outstanding information
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors
• Supporting the day-to-day commercial administration of projects
• Assisting with tender documentation
• Obtaining and collating subcontractor pricing
• Preparing pricing schedules and comparison sheets
• Supporting bid submissions
• Collating supporting evidence
• Preparing grant claim documentation
• Tracking eligible expenditure
• Liaising with funding bodies

We're looking for someone with 2-5 years' experience in construction, quantity surveying, commercial administration, procurement or project controls.

You'll be commercially minded, organised and confident working with numbers, spreadsheets and multiple projects. An HNC/HND in Construction, Quantity Surveying or Project Management is desirable, but relevant industry experience will also be considered.
