Contracts Manager

PFC Careers are working with a leading fit out and refurbishment contractor to recruit a Contracts Manager on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Scotlands leading medium sized contractors. The projects will nearly all be based in the Glasgow area, with the Contracts Manager responsible for overseeing 3-4 jobs at any one time.

Duties include

.To manage contracts on a day-to-day basis and attend sites to ensure ongoing works are being carried out in accordance with specification along with completing reports

of site visits.

• Regular liaison with Senior management team advising on site progress and site requirements to provide continuity of works.

• To manage all health and safety of site personnel and requirements of clients.

• To manage site lead supervisors / Site supervisors, including management

You must be able to demonstrate experience working in the fit out and refurbishment market working for a main contractor.
