Project Manager, Project & Program Management, Regulatory Compliance Specialist

We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Scotland team based in Livingston / Stepps.

40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of a new build fire station project in Livingston. You'll provide project leadership, ensuring safe and timely delivery through effective management of people, resources and relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This role offers the chance to make a real impact, working collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve exceptional results.

As a Project Manager, You'll Be Working Within The Scotland Team, Supporting Them In Delivering Construction Projects That Achieve Operational And Commercial Goals. Your Day To Day Will Include

• Leading and overseeing project delivery, managing teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget and to the highest safety and quality standards
• Managing and coordinating the supply chain, external bodies and internal resources to maintain project budgets, programmes and quality to Kier standards
• Acting as the main client point of contact, developing excellent working relationships and promoting opportunities for Kier
• Taking responsibility for implementing health, safety and environmental policies, ensuring full compliance across all project activities
• Mentoring and supporting site teams, sharing knowledge and experience to help develop others while managing performance and outputs

This role of Project Manager is great for you if:

• You have demonstrable experience in leading delivery on projects within the main contracting environment
• You can manage projects throughout all phases from tender input and pre-construction to practical completion
• You have strong communication skills with the ability to effectively chair meetings with key stakeholders and produce high level reports
• You possess a relevant construction qualification at HND/Degree level or equivalent, along with SMSTS, CSCS Card and Full driving licence
• You have strong knowledge of delivery under NEC and JCT contract conditions with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
