As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will lead commercial management efforts on complex projects, ensuring contractual compliance, risk mitigation, and value optimisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting project teams, managing subcontractor relationships, value engineering, and steering financial performance.

• Proven experience in a senior Quantity Surveying role within engineering or construction sectors.
• Extensive understanding of NEC3 contractual frameworks and commercial management practices.
• Expert in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and change control.
• Strong capability in managing multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Sound knowledge of procurement, subcontract management, and final account negotiations.
• Degree in Building Services Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coach project teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and proactive problem-solving approach.
