Your new role

As Site Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of a prestigious 90m secure government project in Renfrew. Working alongside the Senior Site Manager and Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a section of works, ensuring activities are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing day-to-day site operations within your designated work area Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works progress to programme

Maintaining excellent health & safety standards on site Monitoring quality and ensuring compliance with project specifications

Conducting site inspections and toolbox talks

Assisting with short-term planning and programme management

Building strong relationships with the client team and key stakeholders

Supporting project delivery through to successful completion

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor

Proven track record delivering new-build construction projects

Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and site management procedures

Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trade packages

Excellent communication and organisational skillsSMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications

Security clearance eligibility would be advantageous due to the nature of the project
