NCG is seeking an experienced Project Building Surveyor to lead refurbishment, maintenance and space adaptation projects across our college estate. You’ll manage projects from inception through design, procurement and handover, while ensuring value for money and compliance with UK regulations.
You’ll deliver surveys, cost estimates and design documentation; supervise a direct report, and collaborate with architects, engineers and contractors to achieve sustainable, energy-efficient outcomes.
