You will run day-to-day site activities on industrial fit-out projects — partitioning, mezzanines, welfare, electrical first-fix and finishes — for clients such as national logistics and FMCG operators, working around live operations.
The role- — Daily supervision of direct labour and subcontractors
- — Short-term programming and coordination around live operations
- — Toolbox talks, permits and RAMS enforcement
- — Quality inspections and snagging through to handover
- — Daily reporting to the project manager
- — 5+ years supervising industrial or commercial fit-out
- — First aid at work and CSCS gold card
- — Experience working in live operational environments
- — Full UK driving licence
