You will prepare competitive cost estimates for rail and infrastructure projects from enquiry to tender submission, review drawings and specs, and work with pre-construction, commercial and operations teams to secure new work.
You will provide detailed cost breakdowns for labour, plant, materials and subcontractors, analyse quotations, identify risks, and contribute to tender
