Sky Reel Media specialise in high-quality visual content designed to showcase our clients’ properties in their best light. We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented property photographer whose work will play a pivotal role in helping our clients attract potential buyers and renters.

We are looking for freelancers to work alongside our permanent team to produce high-quality property marketing materials, comprising photography, walkthrough videos, drone footage, and RICS standard floor plans.

We sell and let properties across Scotland, and are looking for freelance property creatives available to work in the following areas:
Perthshire, Highland, Tayside, Scottish Borders and Berwick

The successful candidate will have a full, clean driving license, a drone flyer , and at least 12 months of professional experience within the property photography and videography sector.

You will be proficient in the use of photo and video editing software. You will be capable of collaborating with other property professionals as well as working independently; therefore should be self-motivated and competent in administrating your own work to a high standard.

• Photographing property interiors and exteriors, for use in printed and online material.
• Creating beautiful videos, including walkthrough tours and drone footage to capture the local and surrounding areas.
• Preparing and styling the property, using proper lighting, angles and composition to enhance property features.
• Editing and retouching images to maintain brand consistency and quality standards.
• Collating final details about the property in preparation for sale.
• Helping to draw up floor plans to RICS standards.

• Full, clean driving licence with access to own car
• Minimum of 12 months of property photography experience/property photography shoots
• Full Drone Licence (CAA approved Flyer )
• Proficient in the use of photography and videography software
• Fully IT literate and proficient in the use of IT systems, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
