Join a dynamic new startup in the holiday raffle and competition sector, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s online presence from the ground up. This position is ideal for a creative professional who thrives on idea generation, content planning, and hands‑on video production. You will collaborate closely with the team to develop engaging concepts for prize reveals, how‑to‑enter explainers, testimonials, FAQs, and countdown posts, ensuring the brand launches with a compelling and cohesive social media identity.
The role involves both pre‑production planning and on‑site filming in Glasgow, working with a presenter to batch‑produce a month’s worth of short‑form video content for platforms like Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, and You Tube Shorts.
- Develop creative content ideas and scripts for a variety of short‑form video formats, including prize reveals, explainers, testimonials, and urgency‑driven posts.
- Collaborate with the team to refine concepts and secure approval prior to filming.
- Film a full day of talking‑head or UGC‑style videos with the presenter on location in Glasgow, aiming to produce 15–25 high‑quality shorts.
- Deliver raw or lightly‑edited footage optimized for Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, and You Tube Shorts.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s tone, visual style, and messaging goals.
- Demonstrated experience in content creation, particularly for social media platforms such as Tik Tok, Instagram, and You Tube.
- Strong skills in idea generation, scriptwriting, and batch content production.
- Proficiency in operating camera and audio equipment for short‑form video shoots.
- Portfolio showcasing similar work, ideally with brands in competitions, e‑commerce, or direct‑response marketing.
- Ability to work efficiently on location and deliver content within agreed timelines.
- Creative mindset with a keen understanding of social media trends and audience engagement strategies.
- Based in or able to travel to Glasgow for the shoot day.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
