What You’ll Be Doing

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers seeking debt advice or support
• Guiding clients through their options with care, empathy, and professionalism
• Handling inbound enquiries via phone and email
• Supporting the wider team in progressing cases efficiently and accurately
• Ensuring customers feel heard, respected, and fully informed throughout the process
• Different Shift Patterns are available

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Compassionate, patient, and an excellent communicator
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using systems and working in a fast-paced environment

The Package

• £26,500 salary plus Bonus based on you following the correct process - Year One OTE is £29,500
