Call Centre Advisor - Part Time

Glasgow
Contract:
6 month, starting 30 March
Hours:
25 hours per week, Part Time
Salary: £19.63 per hour
Hybrid working: 3 days a week in the office. Office based in Glasgow City Centre. Working 13:00–18:00, Monday to Friday.
Role:
Fraud Advisor within the Fraud and Scams team, supporting customers affected by fraud and scams with empathy and guidance. Full training provided.
- Support our clients' customers during vulnerable moments, when they most need it.
- Build natural rapport through conversations that make customers feel protected and valued.
- Demonstrate personal resilience in challenging customer situations to deliver positive outcomes.
- Champion customer experience with a personal touch tailored to customer needs, showing empathy and understanding focused on the right outcome.
- Develop and learn about the latest fraud and scams, sharing knowledge to aid continuous development.
- Experience of working within a contact centre; additional experience in Financial Services is highly desirable.
- Exceptional listening and communication skills with the ability to show empathy in customer situations.
- Strong teamwork ethic and highly motivated.
- Real desire to go above and beyond for customers.
- Effective teamwork with a flexible, can-do approach.
- Ability to grow, adapt and change with business needs and priorities.
