Duties & Responsibilities Key Tasks
- Professional conduct:
Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures. - Effective communication:
Address and resolve tenant and requests efficiently - Visitor engagement:
Build rapport with visitors and guests - Team collaboration:
Work closely with the other team members on site ensuring a seamless approach to tasks - Visible Support:
Become an accessible point of service for all enquiries
- Experience in a Front of House or Corporate role
- Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and interpersonal.
- Customer service experience
- IT skills, proficient in Outlook, teams, Word
- Immaculate presentation
