42 hours (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturdays 8am to 12pm on a rota basis)

Role Overview

Are you a Parts Advisor in search of a new challenge? We are on the hunt for an experienced and enthusiastic Parts Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity to join our friendly and professional team and be integral to the smooth running of our parts department. Working alongside a friendly and hard‑working team of parts advisors, you will build relationships and manage our customers’ expectations.

As a Parts Advisor, you will ensure that all customers at retail and workshop areas are dealt with quickly and efficiently and that all orders are processed on the same day. You will complete all administrative functions accurately and timely and log any stock discrepancies with the Parts Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Parts Manager with daily duties
  • Complete vehicle health checks for the workshop
  • Ensure all items are correctly located and controlled in stock
  • Receive orders and ensure returns are up to date
  • Answer calls from customers
  • Provide excellent customer care

You will have previous experience in a similar role. You will possess excellent communication skills and practical knowledge of computer systems. You must be able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
