Access Fintech in Glasgow is looking for a Client Service professional responsible for managing client issues and providing effective solutions. You will be the first point of contact for clients facing incidents on our platform and will ensure prompt and professional support.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and preferably prior experience in Client Service or Financial Services. You will work closely with internal teams and maintain thorough documentation.
