Customer Service Advisor

As an ambassador for Fitshop, you will support, resolve and sort all queries for our retail and e-commerce customers, while managing internal relationships.

A passion for health and fitness and knowledge of fitness equipment is a distinct advantage but not essential.

• Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email and web-chat.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and compassionate manner.
• Maintain accurate records using multiple computer systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer journeys.

• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Experience managing customer complaints.
• Strong administrative skills and proficiency with computer systems.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Passion for health and fitness and knowledge of fitness equipment is an advantage.
