Bedford Salary: £27500 - Salary review after 6 months probation Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Quest Employment is recruiting on behalf of a leading fulfilment and logistics company for an experienced Customer Services Executive. The Role As a Customer Services Executive, you will be the first point of contact for clients, customers, and carriers, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. You will also provide administrative and operational support to the Client Services team, helping maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities Respond to customer, client, and carrier enquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Provide order updates, delivery tracking information, and proof-of-delivery/despatch support. Escalate complex issues to the Account Management team when required. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and communications. Support Account Managers with day-to-day administrative tasks. Process order information and update internal systems accurately. Produce labels, update spreadsheets, and maintain digital records.

Liaise with internal departments including Production, IT, Client Services, and Goods In. Assist with special projects, audits, and process improvement initiatives. What We're Looking For Essential Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Team player with a proactive and flexible approach.

Desirable Experience Previous experience within Customer Service, Administration, Logistics, or Fulfilment. Experience working in a B2B environment.
