We are seeking a Part-Time Colleague Support Host who will take ownership of delivering an outstanding visitor and employee experience at the banks Glasgow offices. If you thrive in a role where every day brings variety, connection and purpose, this could be the perfect fit.

As a Colleague Support Host, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the bank remains a benchmark for service excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Providing a warm, professional welcome to employees, visitors, VIPs and event delegates
  • Building genuine relationships with clients and colleagues across the business
  • Handling enquiries confidently in person, over the phone and via email
  • Maintaining a polished, organised and efficient front-of-house environment
  • Supporting day to day operations to ensure a seamless workplace experience
  • Upholding the highest standards of customer care and personal service
  • This is a role where your positivity, initiative and people skills will shine.

Hours:

22.5 hours per week, shifts from 8am-4pm, Mon-Fri
Salary: £15,736.50 per annum

  • Previous experience in a customer service or front-of-house role (essential)
  • Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Confidence managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to use your initiative
  • A warm, positive attitude and the ability to build rapport effortlessly
