Barclays is seeking a Customer Care Team Leader located in Glasgow. In this role, you will motivate and lead a team of up to 15 colleagues, delivering high-quality support to Business Banking clients via phone and email.

You will ensure the team meets Service Level Agreements while fostering a culture of excellence. A strong background in people leadership and customer service is required.

Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is highly valued along with proficiency in Microsoft applications.
